【 摘 要 】

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional authorized state body in the sphere of subsoil management shall establish the modalities of concession of subsoil plots of regional significance for exploration of common widespread minerals or in accordance with combined licence of exploration, prospecting, assessment and extraction of groundwater for purposes not related to mining and extraction of minerals”.
