【 摘 要 】

This Decree, consisting of 57 articles divided into nine Chapters and three Appendixes, details the following issues: 1. Environmental improvement and rehabilitation and payment of deposits for environmental improvement and rehabilitation for mineral exploitation activities. 2. Control of pollution of the soil environment. 3. Environmental protection in craft villages. 4. Environmental protection in the import and breaking of used seagoing ships. 5. Certification of the environmental management
