【 摘 要 】

This Law, consisting of 8 Titles divided into 227 articles, establishes the Municipal Policy on Environment and Sustainable Development. It also deals with the Municipal Register Pursuits potentially degrading activities and users of natural resources (CMAPD), as well the rate control and Environmental Monitoring (TCFA), in Salvador da Bahia. This law, based on Law No. 140 of 8 December 2011, regulates the action of the municipal government and its relationship with citizens, public and private
