【 摘 要 】

The purpose of the present Act is a) to regulate the installation, operation and maintenance of equipment that emits or detects ionizing radiation; b) to permit authorized persons to apply ionizing radiation; and c) to minimize unnecessary exposure to ionizing radiation and the risk of over exposure.
