【 摘 要 】

This Order provides in England for procedures connected with planning applications, consultations in relation to planning applications, the determination of planning applications, appeals, local development orders, certificates of lawful use or development, the maintenance of registers of planning applications and related matters. It consolidates with amendments the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 and subsequent amending instrum
