This Order, made under the European Communities Act 1972, the Water Industry Act 1991, the Environment Act 1995, the Fur Farming (Prohibition) Act 2000 and the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 revokes five instruments which are spent or otherwise superseded in respect of England and/or Wales.
