This Regional Law regulates relations concerning peace and quiet of citizens in night hours as a basic constitutional right (intended from 22 p.m. to 07.00 a.m. local time and from 23 p.m. to 10.00 a.m. local time on week-ends and public holidays as established by the federal legislation).
