This Regional Decree establishes that state nature reserve of regional significance "Plesetsky" shall be constituted with a view of conservation and reproduction of valuable wild fauna species from economic and scientific point of view, natural habitats thereof, rare and endangered wild fauna species, and maintenance biological reserve and resting ground for wild fauna species.
