【 摘 要 】

This Executive Decree approves the terms of reference for tourism infrastructures, their rehabilitation and similar activities within environmental protection areas. These terms of reference, consisting of 5 sections, aim to establish the criteria, rules and typology to be satisfied, in compliance with the principles related to ecotourism, environmental preservation and the protection of biodiversity, including labour, electricity and the granting of exploitation licenses.
