Decree No. 6/2008 established and delimited the ZDTI of Saragaça and Topinho, within the island of São Vicente, recognizing its special aptitude to tourism. This Decree-Law redefines the boundaries of the Integral Tourism Development Zone of Saragaça and Topinho (ZDTI), by amending its geographical coordinates and map appended in the Annex.
