【 摘 要 】

This Regulation aims at preparing environmental projects in order to ensure environmental protection with the principle of sustainable development. This Regulation sets forth provision on strategic environmental assessment report, EIA, and the implementation and monitoring of strategic environmental assessment plans and programmes.
