【 摘 要 】

The present Act implements Annex VI to the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty - Liability arising from environmental emergencies. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Sphere of application and power to issue provisions (1); Obligations of operators (2); Liability arising from environmental emergencies (3); Legal protection and administrative procedures (4); Administrative fine and penalties (5); Final provisions (6).
