【 摘 要 】

The scope of the Regulation on the conditions and procedures for the performance of land reclamation, protection, conservation and improvement of soil fertility shall be to improve the efficiency of procedures for organizing and implementing land reclamation activities, protecting, preserving and improving soil fertility.
