【 摘 要 】

This Law consisting of 18 articles aims at establishing a new Authority, the Litani National Authority (LRA). It is a public establishment under the Ministry of Energy and Water to manage water resources (surface and groundwater resources) over the whole Lebanese territory (not only the Litani River).
