【 摘 要 】

This Decree consisting of 7 articles aims at centralizing the process of inspecting and certifying imported goods. The Decree in article 1 transfers the responsibility for this to the General Authority for export and Import Control (GOEIC) of the Ministry of Foreign Trade. Article 1 states also that all inspection and control performances related to exports and imports subject to quality control shall take place in one stage.
