【 摘 要 】

The purpose of this Regional Act is to regulate, in compliance with the distribution of competences operated under article 117 of the Constitution, the management of local services having a general economic interest, namely: (a) waste management; (b) energy; (c) the use of subsoil for supply purposes; (d) the use of water resources. Supplies must be ensured in less favoured zones, as defined by article 5.
