【 摘 要 】

The present Law shall regulate the following: energy policy objectives and the method of its implementation; energy market organization and functioning; conditions for regular and high quality consumer energy supply and for ensuring safe, reliable and efficient energy production; management of energy transmission, transportation and distribution systems and the method of securing the smooth functioning and development of these systems; the conditions for and method of carrying out energy activit
