【 摘 要 】

Article 1 of the present Act introduces some amendments to the Atomic Energy Act of 15 July 1985 (BGBl. I p. 1565). In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 2 on Definitions; article 4 on Carriage of nuclear fuel; article 4a on Financial security for international carriage; article 12a on Enabling provision (decision of the Steering Committee); article 25 on Liability for nuclear installations; article 25a on Liability for nuclear ships; article 27 on Contributory fault of the injured
