【 摘 要 】

The present Law introduces some substantial amendments to the Burgenland Electricity Law 2006 (LGBl. No. 59). The Law rewords, inter alia, articles 25 dealing with access to energy in case of insufficient capacity; article 59 on efficiency reference values and article 60 on designation.
