【 摘 要 】

This Regulation provides for the rules procedures of environmentally responsible design of energy-related products. It sets forth the obligatory standards to be respected in design and production of energy-related products in order to ensure energy efficiency, safety in energy supply and to ensure environmental safety. The Regulation also covers provisions concerning the marketing, responsibilities of importers, labelling and declaration of conformity.
