This Order amends the Renewables Obligation Order 2009 relation with, among other things: calculations of electricity produced by an electricity supplier; situations in which certificates are not to be issued by the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority; increase in support where an offshore wind generating station uses relevant wind turbines; refusal of issue of certificates to a generator by the Authority; exclusion of landfill gas and sewage gas from sustainability reporting requirements; and
