【 摘 要 】

The purpose of the Act is to ensure that the country's electricity supply is organized and implemented in accordance with the needs for security, economics, environment and consumer protection. The Act must, within this objective, ensure consumers access to cheap electricity. Energy suppliers which are not regulated by this Act, shall be entitled to a compensation for payment of CO2 taxes.
