【 摘 要 】

This Act makes provision with respect to production of nuclear energy, the handling and storage of nuclear material and the protection from radiation. The Act, among other things, applies various provisions of the Environment Protection Act, in particular in relation with authorizations for the production or handling of radioactive material.
