【 摘 要 】

The present Regulation is made under the Responsible Energy Development Act. In particular, the Regulation made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council provide details regarding the legislative framework of the Alberty Energy Regulator, including principles governing the transition of the Energy Conservation Board to the Alberta Energy Regulator, and the transfer of jurisdiction over the specified enactments to the new entity. The text consists of 29 sections.
