【 摘 要 】

The present Regulation is made under the Gas Resources Preservation Act (RSA 2000, c. G-4). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the preservation of gas resources. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Exclusion of propane (2); Communication of information (3); Cancellation of permit with consent (4); Conditions on permits (5); Repeal (6); Expiry (7).
