【 摘 要 】

The present Act shall apply to the construction, operation and modification of installations: 1) in the area of the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Federal Republic of Germany; 2) on the Hgh Seas, if the business seat of the beneficiary is within the scope of the Basic Law. Article 6 on authorizations establishes that the construction, operation or substantial alteration of installations requires approval by the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency.
