【 摘 要 】

This Ministerial Decree establishes the Rules for inspection by International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of nuclear sites located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aforesaid inspections shall be organized by the competent public authority upon receipt of notification from IAEA. The aforesaid competent authority shall provide IAEA staff with PPE and shall ensure conduct of inspection in line with international requirements.
