【 摘 要 】

This Governmental Decree sets up the Committee on ecological regulation subordinated to the Ministry of Energy, assigning the following functions thereto: (a) licensing in the sphere of oil and natural gas; (b) analysis of risks for public health in the process of conduct of mining and oil extraction, and also in the process of oil transportation; and (c) monitoring, control and supervision over mining operations.
