【 摘 要 】

This Regulation aims at setting procedures and principles regarding steam power plants for permit and investments in accordance with the environmental legislation. This Regulation sets forth provisions on the establishment, duties and responsibilities of the Monitoring Commission for compliance with the environmental legislation and on permit procedures for production facilities.
