【 摘 要 】

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The founder of the Fund is the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, the Governor is the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, and the administrator is a public institution Lithuanian Energy Agency.”
