【 摘 要 】

We show that the Eisenbud-Goto conjecture holds for (homogeneous) seminormal simplicial affine semigroup rings. Moreover, we prove an upper bound for the Castelnuovo-Mumford regularity in terms of the dimension, which is similar as in the normal case.
