We present a list of local axioms and an explicit combinatorial construction for the regular B-2-crystals (crystal graphs of irreducible highest weight integrable modules over U-q(sp(4))). Also a new combinatorial model for these crystals is developed. (C) 2008 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
