【 摘 要 】

We consider the Dirichlet problem tor the reaction-diffusion equation u. - a(u(m))(xx) bu(beta) = 0, where a > 0, b is an element of R-1, m > 0, beta > 0. The problem is considered in a closed domain formed by two continuous curves intersecting each other. Existence, boundary regularity, uniqueness, and comparison results are established.
