We investigate the asymptotic behavior of solutions for the Cauchy problem described by a system of magneto-thermo-elastic equations. We obtain improved decay rates with less demands on the initial data when compared to previous results in the literature. (C) 2015 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
