【 摘 要 】

In this paper we define multiresolution analysis (MRA) in function space L-p(ohm, mu) for p > 1, where ohm is a compact subset in R-n and mu is a probability measure defined on ohm. We establish a general framework for construction of MRA in L-p(ohm, mu) and its conjugate space L-q(ohm, mu) with p(-1) + q(-1) = 1, p, q > 1.(c) 2005 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
