【 摘 要 】

During biomass pyrolysis, lignin agglomeration causes serious problems for lignin thermochemical conversion, including feeding clogging, reactor blocking, etc. To inhibit the agglomeration, the influence of 11 variant mineral additives (strong base, medium base and amphoteric compound) was investigated during lignin pyrolysis process. It was found that Mg(OH)(2) and Ca(OH)(2) adding are very effective, and they could inhibit the agglomeration of lignin particles and formed powdered char instead of hard-shelled char of raw lignin pyrolysis. Furthermore, the influence of Mg(OH)(2) and Ca(OH)(2) additives on pyrolytic products were investigated. It was found that they all promoted the formation of CO2, but Mg(OH)(2) additive is strongly favorable for catechol phenols evolving, while Ca(OH)(2) showed positive influence on the formation of OH functional group in solid biochar, but reduced the formation of guaiacol phenol in liquid oil. It is great for the utilization of lignin and biomass.
