【 摘 要 】

Pyridinocholaphanes based on cholic, deoxycholic and lithocholic acids with ethylenediamine and m-xylylenediamine as spacers were synthesized using Cs-salt methodology. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their IR, NMR and FAB mass spectral data. The NMR techniques, DEPT C-13 {H-1} 135/90 and HSQC {H-1-C-13} were used for the detailed assignment of the carbon atoms of the pyridino-cholaphanes. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd.
