【 摘 要 】
Non-pharmacological treatment is an important means to control hypertension,with manyadvantages such as low cost,less medication, stable blood pressure, less complications, andimproved prognosis. This article reviews the research progress of non-drug treatment ofhypertension in Chinese medicine in the past five years,and evaluates traditional Chinesemedicine such as TCM Qigong, wuhuo opera, Ba Duanjin and Taijiquan, and Chinese medicineacupuncture,moxibustion,massage,application,acupoint embedding and other traditionalchinese medicine. The effect of external treatment in hypertension control provides guidance fornon-drug therapy to control hypertension.
