【 摘 要 】
In this paper, we discuss more-for-less paradox in a transportation problem under fuzzy environment with linearconstraints. In some cases of the transportation problem, an increase in the supplies and demands or in otherwords, increase in the flow results a decrease in the optimum transportation cost. This type of behavior whichmeans paradoxical, is called transportation paradox. Thereby, we establish a sufficient condition for the existenceof paradox in a transportation problem under fuzzy environment. Also we illustrate a numerical example in supportof the theory.
