【 摘 要 】

Biometric is made up of two Greek words: Bio (life) and Metric(measurement) (to measure). Biometrics has been utilized for a variety ofapplications, including human identity and recognition based on physiologicaland behavioural features or attributes. Human physical traits such asappearance, body structures, and other factors are included. Various biometrictraits such as 2D ridge-valley maps in fingerprints, face image, audio recordingsof the voice, near-infrared images of the iris, video of gait motion, and othersare extracted using computational techniques [1,2].
