【 摘 要 】
Purpose: The purpose is to map the research work stating thereadiness or responsiveness of the higher education institutionstowards pandemics and identify the patterns of academic research.Design/Methodology/Approach: Bibliometric analysis isdone to map and evaluate the outcomes in the form of thedocuments published, stating the development of research andunderstanding the patterns of publication.Findings: Uncommon examinations are attempted to give amulti-faceted technique required to sustain the crisis and builda robust education system in the long run. Likewise, embracedshared research should be empowered and upheld at variouslevels.Practical implications: The brief interferences provided willenable the readers to get quick and valuable insights into thenature and attributes of academic publishing. Thus, benefitingthe researchers in developing their future research agenda andcome up with some more innovative ideas.Originality/value: Rare studies using bibliometric analysis aredirected to identify the higher education institutions’ responsesto the pandemic or efforts required for supporting the” NewNormal” in post-pandemic, which is a candid and resourcefulexercise to contribute to the existing pool of literature.
