【 摘 要 】

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and myastheniagravis (MG) are both immune disorders mediated bythe production of autoantibodies. Systemic lupuserythematosus is characterised by the development ofdysregulated autoreactive B- cell derived autoantibodiesdirected against nuclear and cellular components, andthe activation of complex inflammatory cascade, therebyresulting in multisystem organ damage.
