【 摘 要 】
Background:Lockdown during the COVID19 pandemic can affect the behavior of dailyhabits among children and adolescents. Thisstudy aims to determine the effect of theCOVID-19 pandemic lockdown on the physicalactivity and sleeping habits of children andadolescents.Subjects and Method:This study is a systematic review by searching for articles using theonline database PubMed and BASE. The dependent variable is the COVID-19 lockdown. Theindependent variables are physical activity andsleep habits.Results:: A total of 8 articles were included inthe qualitative analysis. 6 articles explainedthat the lockdown during the COVID-19 viruspandemic reduced the frequency of physicalactivity in children and adolescents. 6 articlesexplained that the lockdown during the COVID19 pandemic caused disturbances in sleep quality and an imbalance of sleep time in childrenand adolescents.Conclusion:The lockdown policy or activityrestriction during the COVID-19 pandemicsignificantly reduces physical activity andcauses sleep quality disturbances and imbalance sleep time in children and adolescents.
