【 摘 要 】
Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA)survival remains variable across implants andinstitutions. A strong relationship has beenproven between UKA survival and surgeonvolume,1 implying that achieving wellaligned UKAs is important for maximizingsurvival. In nearly half of UKA revisions, theindication for revision is unexplained pain,2and elevated proximal tibial strain and microdamage are thought to contribute to this.
