【 摘 要 】
This paper identifies, examines, and analyses the variable intricacies and the mostsignificant vulnerability from potential future acts of terrorism, related to the electricitysector grids of Europe’s Power Grid. More specifically this paper illustrates a ‘Red Cell’View from the external terrorist targeting tactics and behavioural strategies when planningan attack on Electricity Critical Infrastructure (ECI). This unique research additionallyidentifies potential future initiatives and opportunities, which may enhance and provideincreased protective resilience, to European ECI, against this form of external adversehuman intervention, prior to any potential future terrorist attack.
