【 摘 要 】

Patenting a product may lead to a whole new aspect of the dimension of a process or a product or a service that has never been known before and that becomes an invention. This is important, and whenever something new is added to a preexisting invention, it becomes innovation. In India, there is a MakeinIndia. Therefore, we must have an InvestinIndia. Similarly, we must also have a CreateinIndia. This is a key principle since at present we are importing the material and assembling it within India. The need of the hour is a massive step toward creating in India.
