【 摘 要 】

The Roman domination problem is motivated by an interesting historicalstory about the Roman Empire’s military strategies [23, 27]. In order to protectthe territory of the Roman Empire, Constantine the Great, defined a new defensein depth strategy of locating and moving the legions over the Empire. In theperiod of reduced power of the Empire in the IV century, there was a necessityto provide protection for unsecured regions.
