【 摘 要 】

Chlorophylls from plantsare photosynthetic pigments. Theirquantity offers valuable informationsabout photosynthetic activity, growingand developing of plants. Photosyntheticpigments decrease quantitatively duringsenescence process or in stress conditions. The present study has been realized inlaboratory conditions with materialharvested from spontaneous flora. Thepurpose of this research was theinvestigation of variations of chlorophyllcontent from samples of biologicalmaterial collected from Nepeta pannonicaL. and Abies alba Mill. plants, fromCâmpulung Moldovenesc and Cacicaareas, Suceava county, Romania. Thetargeted phenophases were growth andflowering. There were realized acetonicextracts from samples for spectrophotometric determinations. Obtained datawere processed to estabilish chlorophyll aand b content. There were observed that atAbies alba species, from both locations, the chlorophyll a content grew duringflowering phenophase, while thechlorophyll b content had little variations. At Nepeta pannonica species, thechlorophyll a and b content decreasedvisibly during the flowering, due to stress.Leaves of plants from this species presented a intense green color in the growingphenophase, while during flowering phenophase they had a purple or yellow coloration. Obtained results revealed adifferent dynamics of chlorophyll contentat studied species.
