【 摘 要 】

Intercropping is one of themost important and sustaibale croppingpractice in agro-ecosystems. The study wasconducted under field conditions in the aridHorqine sandy land in Baicheng District,Jilin Province, Northern China in 2011. Arandomized complete block design withfour replications was used. Treatmentscomprised different mono cropping andintercropping patterns, TO: sole cropping ofoat, TOS-O: oat in the intercropping of oatand soybean, TOG-O: oat in theintercropping of oat and groundnut, TS: solecropping of soybean, TOS-S: soybean inintercropping of oat and soybean, TG: solecropping of groundnut, TOG-G: groundnutin the intercropping of oat and groundnut. Inintercropping patterns, oat in oat-groundnuthad obtained the highest dry matter in allstages. The highest value of proteinpercentage and organic matter in headingstage, grain filling stage, and grain doughstage was achieved in groundnut in oatgroundnut intercropping. The maximumvalue of protein percentage and organicmatter in booting stage and ripening stagewas related to soybean in oat-soybeanintercropping. The results of this studyclearly indicate that intercropping oat andgroundnut affects the growth rate of theindividual species in mixtures as well as thedry matter yield and nitrogen accumulation. The highest seed yield was obtained formono-cropping of soybean, followed bymono-cropping of groundnut and oat. Oatseed yield intercropping of oat andgroundnut, and intercropping of oat andsoybean were 1208.00 kg/ha, and 832.3 kg/ha,respectively. The highest grain yield wasobtained when soybean was grown togetherwith oat, where the higher yield of intercropis due to the better usage of nutrient, water and light. LER in all intercropping patternswere higher than 1. LER in intercropping ofsoybean and oat, and intercropping ofgroundnut and oat were 1.41, and 1.30,respectively. With these LER values,29.07% and 23.07% of land were, respectively, saved in intercropping ofsoybean and oat, and intercropping ofgroundnut and oat, respectively, whichcould be used for other agriculturalpurposes. In both intercropping of soybeanand oat, and intercropping of groundnut andoat, CI were less than 1, which means thatboth these two intercropping patterns havepositive effects.
