【 摘 要 】

Crime is a crime that can affect a person's mental state. Someone who has committed a crime usually has a background such as low education, religious morals, environmental factors, and economic factors. It has been confirmed that in reducing the high crime rate, a solution can be provided through a coaching program so that the perpetrator does not commit another crime again. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement the Islamic religious personality development program in order to reduce the level of recidivist inmates of Class IIA Semarang Correctional Center. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. The results of the discussion show that the Class IIA Semarang Women's Prison has a series of activities that include several activities to increase the religiosity of each inmate so that they have good religious morals in the future. The positive impact of participating in these religious activities can help inmates in changing the behavior and psychology of inmates so that they can reduce the repetition of criminal acts.
